Our property was in very poor condition and inhabited by some very scary people who were not paying rent like they should have been. We could not find an agent willing to list it, so we placed a For-Sale-By-Owner ad. Celeste said she had driven by and was eager to go inside. By the way she made easy eye contact with the uncooperative renters, smiling and shaking their hands, we could see she was the right person for this intimidating project. Knowing she had a lot of work to do there, she crafted a deal that worked out great for all of us. We got our full asking price without having to weed through a bunch of low-ball offers. We still enjoy driving by once in a while to see how far she brought the property. It is quite beautiful now. In fact, the whole neighborhood appears to be following her lead fixing and cleaning things up.
